Liam O´ Maonlaí at the Mystic Theater, with guest musician Gabriel Harris

One of the pleasures of editing musicians is being able to listen to their music while I select, process and edit their images.  Unfortunately, I don’t have Liam’s solo work but lucky for me, I was able to listen to Hothouse Flowers albums “Home” & “People” on repeat whilst editing this selection. If you don’t know it, um, “Shut Up and Listen” to them… http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/home/id358317669

This man has many talents, can play many an instrument, missing only the photograph of him playing the penny whistle. Alas.

The drum is called a Bodhra´n, pronounced “Bow-Rawn” and is usually played with a Tipper- a bone and or spoon stick.
